Store Policies

Reviews - All product reviews submitted on our website are submitted by our customers. We will not accept reviews negatively criticizing products based on information that is available on the product page because customers did not read it prior to ordering, or based on nonfactual and false information. Customers are expected to read all product information and ingredients prior to purchasing. All decisions regarding which reviews to publish are at the discretion of Harvest Hills Skin Care LLC. If you love most of our products except for one, we ask that you consider leaving positive reviews for the ones that you do love instead of coming to leave a bad review for the one you don't, without giving us the chance to fix it. We work hard for everything we produce and try have something for everyone.  We will NOT accept any reviews (good or bad) from customers using the threat of a bad review to gain a special exception to our policies.

Returns - Customers may return all unused products within 30 days for a refund, but the original cost to ship the product to you will be deducted from your refund, even if shipping was free when you placed the order. We do not accept returns because of missed sales. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back and for making sure the items are packaged safely. At our discretion we reserve the right to refuse sales of our products to anyone found to be abusing the return policy.

We will not accept returns on any products that were opened or used. Returns that contain used or opened products will be disposed of and the cost of the product will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping – Orders are usually shipped in one business day.  Shipping is chosen by the customer and we will abide by your choice.  Addresses are provided by the customer and again, Harvest Hills Skin Care LLC will use the address provided.  Orders that are returned to us as not deliverable for any reason other than due to mistakes made by Harvest Hills Skin Care, LLC will be refunded with our original cost to ship the product to you deducted from your refund.

On very rare occasions the USPS will lose or damage packages. In the event this happens to you, we do guarantee all orders. We will either replace your order or refund it at our discretion, and will file a claim with USPS. Customers must cooperate with all claims or the replacement/refund will be forfeit. Customers must assist in by checking with your local post office/mail carrier or refunds/replacement will not be issued.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping times caused by USPS.  If you pay for expedited shipping, and it is not received in time you will need to file claims with USPS.
