The benefits of goat milk skin care have been known for centuries. It is said that Cleopatra bathed in milk and of course it is also said that she was quite beautiful.  It must have been the milk! 

We have used our goat milk skin care since 2000, when I started making it.  At first I never really thought about why it was so wonderful on my skin, or why I had no dry irritated spots, I just knew that I liked it and my skin is soft and clean. 

Over the years, people have asked many questions about the soaps so I have learned a lot by researching for the answer if I did not know.  One question I get a lot is “what are the benefits goat milk soap.”   

The difference is of course, the goat milk!  Well, that’s the short answer.  Here are more reasons it is great, and different:

  • Rich in Nutrients: Goat milk contains essential vitamins and minerals like vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin B6, calcium, and potassium. These nutrients can nourish and support skin health.
  • Moisturizing: Goat milk is rich in fatty acids and triglycerides, which help to hydrate and lock in moisture. This can be especially beneficial for dry or sensitive skin.

Palm oil - Product of USA, Fresh organic goat milk - From our farm organic, but not certified, Jewel Weed extract, Coconut oil - Product of USA, Castor oil -Cosmos Approved, sodium hydroxide (lye) 100% Pure Lavender and Tea Tree essential oils

Directions for use

Wash thoroughly within an hour after contact with poison ivy plant. This can be used on your whole body. I even use it on my hair. Cut the bar in half if you need a smaller bar to travel with or keep in different washing areas.
