How to use
AM
- Cleanse with goat milk soap or charcoal goat milk soap (charcoal is great for T‑zone).
- Apply Face Cream for Oily Skin to damp skin for lightweight, shine-free hydration.
- SPF recommended.
PM
- Cleanse using your bar of goat milk soap using your organic cotton cloth
- Apply Face Cream for Oily Skin.
- 2–3x per week
- Clarifying Mud Mask: Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin. Leave on 5–10 minutes (do not let fully crack). Rinse with lukewarm water, pat dry, and follow with Face Cream.
Tips
- Patch test if sensitive. Avoid eye area. Use a draining soap dish to extend bar life.

The benefits of goat milk skin care have been known for centuries. It is said that Cleopatra bathed in milk and of course it is also said that she was quite beautiful. It must have been the milk!
We have used our goat milk skin care since 2000, when I started making it. At first I never really thought about why it was so wonderful on my skin, or why I had no dry irritated spots, I just knew that I liked it and my skin is soft and clean.
Over the years, people have asked many questions about the soaps so I have learned a lot by researching for the answer if I did not know. One question I get a lot is “what are the benefits goat milk soap?”
The difference is of course, the goat milk! Well, that’s the short answer. Here are more reasons it is great, and different:
- Rich in Nutrients: Goat milk contains essential vitamins and minerals like vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin B6, calcium, and potassium. These nutrients can nourish and support skin health.
